
Perhaps no ongoing conflict has dominated the headlines and the hearts of people around the world like the Middle East conflict. All sides of the conflict express a desire for peace, but they never seem to achieve it. Though the conflict is complex and has many factors, there is a glaring missing ingredient the absence of which perpetuates the hostility between Jews and Arabs. Just before Christmas, 2006, Abdu Murray, a former Muslim, and Bruce Rubin, a "Completed Jew" shared with the congregation of Genesis the Church discuss the Middle East conflict and how the Gospel provides the missing component to a formula for lasting "peace on earth."
