Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Embrace the Truth for a breach occurring during the term.

Copyright Infringement Notice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrace the Truth disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, compatibility, security, and freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Embrace the Truth and its suppliers under this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the website. Neither Embrace the Truth nor its suppliers will be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, privacy, or business interruption, even if advised that such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.

Severability and Waiver

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices published through the Services, are the entire agreement between you and Embrace the Truth regarding the website and supersede prior agreements on the subject. We may modify or replace this Agreement at our discretion. When a material revision is made, we will provide notice when required by law. Continued use after revisions take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, features, functionality, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement are owned by Embrace the Truth, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. Disputes and Arbitration

Before beginning arbitration, either party must send a written Notice of Dispute stating the sender’s name and contact information, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. Notices to Embrace the Truth must be emailed to mail@embracethetruth.org. The parties will attempt informal resolution for sixty days. Unresolved disputes, other than qualifying claims for injunctive or equitable relief involving intellectual-property rights, will be resolved by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to arbitration, the parties give up the right to litigate those disputes before a judge or jury or participate as a party or class member.

Promotions and Purchases

Contests, promotions, sweepstakes, and similar activities may have separate rules, including age and geographic eligibility requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those rules. Additional terms may apply to purchases made through the Services. If a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or information, we may refuse or cancel the order; if payment has already been charged, we will issue a corresponding credit.

Miscellaneous

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. A waiver is effective only if written and signed by an authorized representative of Embrace the Truth. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief for a breach. The Services are operated from the United States and are not intended for use where distribution would violate law. People accessing the Services elsewhere are responsible for compliance with local laws.
