Abdu Murray

Abdu Murray argued for a living. As a trial attorney, he was trained to find the weak seam in any argument and pull until it came apart — and for most of his life, the argument he most wanted to take apart was Christianity. He was a devoted Muslim, the son of immigrants, and he did not come to faith easily or quickly. He spent nine years investigating the historical, philosophical, theological, and scientific claims of the gospel — not to be moved by them, but to answer them. Somewhere in those nine years, the cross-examination turned around on him. That long, honest search is why Embrace the Truth exists. Abdu is convinced that people of every background carry sophisticated questions about faith, reason, and culture — and that they deserve answers offered with rigor and with respect.
